Every legend has a story behind their success, a long journey of trials and tribulations, failures and milestones, perseverance and persistence, hope and hard work. And there can be no better way to introduce to you this man, Amarjit Singh, who has always been an entrepreneur in its true form!

To become an entrepreneur, one needs to have a vision, a dream, passion along with the ability to work endlessly towards their goal. Being a goal-driven and gutsy human, Amarjit Singh, had the vision to conquer the world, in his small way. It all started with a decision of starting on his own, a man who had no money to even dream what he dreamt. But all he had was the drive to work all around the clock to make it big.

A man who was crawling then and slowly walking to reach his goal was suddenly given a path to run when a renowned multinational came in its association. The company became one of the leading three major manufacturers of India, holding a 40 percent share of the supply of Samsung air conditioners nationwide. This further lead to the setting up of world-class units at Jammu, Himachal, and Chennai. With the world-class machinery, setup and expertise, he reached the target of supplying more than 1 million air conditioners to Samsung, majorly, and also other renowned Indian and multinational brands. He also engaged in the manufacturing of TVs for Samsung along with the ACs. The feather in the cap being the Chennai plant which was set up at Samsung’s assurance with huge investment for around 10 million US dollars. However, hardships being a part of a successful journey, Samsung abruptly shut down the business due to its internal policy change which leads to a huge setback.

But nothing could stop Singh from climbing the ladder of stability and success. With an experience of 25 years in the OEM business, this shock leads to the development and launching of the INTEC brand in the market in the year 2013, with its own range of residential and commercial air-conditioners.

After the successful launch of INTEC air-conditioners and an overwhelming response from the market, INTEC launched another range of products: geysers and washing machines in the year 2014-15.

INTEC brand of LED televisions is the latest offer by the company, which was introduced in August 2015, exclusively on an online portal of Snapdeal.

Mr. Amarjit Singh has been awarded by Times of India for his commendable work and vision in creating brand  INTEC in the category of Consumer Durables in one of their exalted events- Saluting the  Spirit of Entrepreneurship ( North India 2015-16) at New Delhi on 26th March 2016.

INTEC is now creating its presence in the Air Conditioner and television industry with a clear vision of giving world-class quality to masses on affordable prices with a focus on high-class engineering,  R & D by using its OEM manufacturing business experience of 25 years.

Earlier INTEC was selected as one of the most admirable brands of India for the year 2015. Singh’s business acumen has been exemplary right from the beginning. He was awarded the ‘Best Young Entrepreneur’ in 1999 by the then Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda. With his eyes set high, Singh is gearing up to take Brand Intec to the next level, aiming it to be a 1000 crore brand in a short span of time. Singh’s journey has not been easy but worth its while. Singh says, ‘It’s not the strongest who survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to the change.’ The setbacks in his path taught him to change, to adapt to the change with higher possibilities. These rags to the riches story are full of emotion, stress, back-breaking hours of work, and a single-minded focus to succeed.

His dedication, ability to communicate, and positive attitude and an unbelievable faith in the Almighty, has paved the backbone of his journey, the company’s success, the brand INTEC!

Singh’s motto is, ‘Push harder than the day before and the rewards shall follow.’

Every worthwhile accomplishment, big or small, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning a struggle and a victory. Aim higher and never stop dreaming! Go for it as Singh did and still the journey does not come to an end, because it is a mere start from wherever you see!
